Common questions
Are these prices fixed?
No — think of them as starting points, like a package on Fiverr or Upwork. The real number depends on your specific scope, and we settle it together before any work starts.
Do you do hourly billing?
We can work either way — fixed-scope for well-defined projects, or hourly for more open-ended work. We'll figure out what fits when we talk.
What happens if the project runs over scope?
We flag it before it becomes a problem. Any scope change gets a separate written estimate and your approval before we proceed.
Can I start with one sprint and expand?
Yes. Many clients start with a smaller engagement, then expand once they've seen how we work. The Starter tier is designed exactly for this.
Do you work with international clients?
Absolutely — most of our clients are in the US, UK, and EU. We overlap PKT with European mornings and US afternoons easily.
What's your payment structure?
50% upfront, 50% on delivery for project work. Retainers are billed monthly. Stripe or wire transfer.
