This is a starting draft, not reviewed by a lawyer yet — replace or extend it before relying on it for real signups. It covers the basics: what SolidAtoms collects through this site and its CMS, why, and how to ask us about it.
What we collect
Account information you provide when you sign up (name, email); messages you send through the contact form (name, email, company, budget, project details); and basic usage data (pages visited, tool usage counts) needed to run the site.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, run your account and (if applicable) client portal, send transactional emails (confirmations, notifications you've triggered), and improve the site. We do not sell your data.
Where it's stored
Account and content data is stored with Supabase (hosted on their infrastructure). We use industry-standard practices to protect it, but no system is 100% secure.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us (see Contact below).
